Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Research & Identification:
Assist in identifying potential influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) that align with our brand and target audience.

Conduct research on influencer demographics, engagement rates, and past collaborations.

Campaign Support:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of influencer marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with influencers for content creation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Track and compile content from influencers for approval and posting.

Relationship Building:
Help in maintaining and building relationships with influencers and content creators.

Assist in outreach and communication with influencers regarding collaborations, deadlines, and deliverables.

**Content Review & Analysis**:
Review and provide feedback on influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, and ROI.

Prepare reports on campaign success and provide insights for future campaigns.

**Trend Monitoring**:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing.

Provide regular updates to the team on emerging platforms, trends, and influencer opportunities.

**Administrative Support**:
Assist with administrative tasks(Must have good know ledge in **Excel and google sheet), **including maintaining influencer databases, organizing files, and processing payments.

Support the marketing team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
**Education**:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Skills & Experience:
Strong interest in influencer marketing and social media.

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools is a plus.

Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
