**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries, provide product details, or assist with complaints.
- Maintain a detailed record of all calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the system.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations when necessary.
- Work towards achieving sales or lead generation targets.
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines consistently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close leads or update on customer feedback.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar customer service/sales role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems or call center software.
- Strong persuasive skills and goal-oriented mindset.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Multilingual ability (if relevant to target customers).
- Ability to adapt quickly to product or process changes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
