Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement the company’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency in logistics, client relations, and tour execution.
- Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including logistics, events, marketing, and client services, to ensure high performance and seamless execution of recruitment tours.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement processes, systems, and tools to enhance productivity and scalability.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize the company’s operating budget, ensuring financial efficiency while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
- Business Development: Work with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, expand into new markets, and strengthen client relationships.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and client satisfaction.
- Client Relations: Ensure excellent service and communication with university partners, fostering long-term relationships and securing repeat business.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational success and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior operational leadership role, ideally within the education, travel, or event management sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling operations in a global business environment. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and optimizing resources.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience working in international student recruitment or higher education is a strong plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
