**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Webinar Session Coordinator to join our Operations team. The Session Coordinator will play a vital role in managing Webinar sessions in hosting programs and providing reports on regular basis for both preboot and mainboot team along with additional responsibilities.

**Job Type: Internship, WFH**

**Key Responsibilities of Session coordinator role**:
**During the Webinar**:

- Introduction: Welcome participants, introduce yourself and any co-hosts or speakers, and provide an overview of the agenda.
- Content Delivery: Present the webinar content, ensuring clarity, pacing, and relevance. Manage screen sharing, slides, and any multimedia elements.
- Engagement: Encourage audience participation by asking questions, promoting discussions, and addressing comments or questions in the chat.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Be prepared to handle technical issues that may arise for you or the attendees, such as audio or video problems.
- Time Management: Keep the webinar on schedule, ensuring that you cover all planned topics within the allotted time.
- Moderation: Monitor the chat for relevant questions and comments, and address them during Q&A sessions or at appropriate times.
- Q&A Sessions: Host designated question and answer sessions, where participants can ask questions, and you or the speakers provide answers.
- Wrap-Up: Summarize key takeaways from the webinar. Share relevant resources, contact information, or next steps for participants.

**Post-Webinar Responsibilities**:

- Follow-Up:

- Collect feedback through surveys to improve future webinars.
- Content Archiving: Archive and organize webinar materials for future reference or use in other content.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze webinar performance, including attendance numbers, engagement statistics, and feedback, to gauge success and make improvements.
- Planning for Future Webinars: Reflect on the webinar's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan future webinars based on feedback and audience interests.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
