ROLE: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) located in Noida. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring that their needs are met, as well as serving as a liaison between clients and the firm's sales teams. The Customer Relationship Manager will also oversee the marketing of the firm's services and work to increase sales and revenue.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree

FRESHERS ONLY

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
