**Job Summary**:
As a Packing Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the packing operations within our organization, ensuring the efficient and accurate packing of products while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your role will involve supervising packing staff, optimizing packing processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision of Packing Operations**: Direct and supervise packing staff to ensure that packing tasks are completed efficiently and accurately according to established procedures and schedules.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that products are packed to meet company standards and customer expectations. Conduct regular inspections and address any quality issues promptly.
- **Staff Training and Development**: Train new packing staff on packing procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards. Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve the performance and skills of packing team members.
- **Resource Management**: Coordinate with the procurement and inventory teams to ensure the availability of packing materials and supplies. Monitor inventory levels and submit requisitions as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries during packing operations. Conduct regular safety training sessions and ensure that packing staff adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the packing department. Implement changes to streamline packing processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of packing activities, including production reports, inventory counts, and quality control documentation. Prepare reports and analysis as required by management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
