Title/Designation: Packing In Charge Reports to: Plant Head Based at: Ahmedabad Industry: Class III Medical Device Qualification: B.Pharm/ BSc, Postgraduate is preferable Experience: 5-7 years (Experience in packing of medical device/Surgical exp. is preferred) **Job Description**: The Packaging In Charge will be responsible for the oversight of all packaging and labeling operations and ensures adherence to all SOPs, cGMPs, and safety requirements. Schedules packaging line activities and oversees daily performance against established standards and schedules. Key responsibilities/ accountabilities: - To finalize daily, weekly and monthly primary and secondary Packing plan --pouch/Blister/ bottle etc. - To allocate work to workforce and perform the critical checks and ensure line clearance at all stages of Packing to ensure correct quality standards. - Maintain all records in ERP - Ensure that the packing material is ready.and available as per the production plan. - Ensure daily packing target is achieved through proper and compliant utilization of manpower,equipment, and raw materials. - Seek prompt identification, reporting and correction of deviations in the workplace and to bring to the notice of higher management any process change to improve productivity and quality of the.products - Ensure that the finished product is well packed, labeled and delivered according to the delivery time. - To coordinate with the production, QA QC and R&D dept wrt the quality aspects. - To conduct monthly training for staff and worker on packing,safety, hygiene, cleaning. - To carry out the equipment qualification and change part suitability - Coordinating with QA and QC for validation and in-process checks and approvals - Ensure that all packing related activity is on time and cost efficient. - Preparation & review of SOPs of the packaging related activities. - To review the BPCR compliance.. - To ensure maintenance & updation of records related to the machine log, cleaning record, batch record at right time. - To implement discipline and related functions among the workmen in the factory **Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 5 years (preferred)
