As a QC In-line Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting in-line inspections and quality checks at various stages of the production process to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitoring the production line to identify any deviations from quality specifications and taking corrective actions as needed.

  • Collaborating with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective and preventive measures.

  • Documenting and maintaining accurate records of quality inspections and test results.

  • Providing feedback and training to production line staff to improve awareness and understanding of quality standards and procedures.

  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality control process.

  • Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, chemical, plastic etc) preferred.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify quality issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

  • Knowledge of quality control principles and practices is a plus, but not required.
