- Finance & Accounts**

**Responsibilities**:

- Payment Gateway Reconciliation - Matching payments received from the customer via Gateways i.e., Down payments, Emi’s, Refunds made to the customer with sales.
- In charge of Payment Gateways settlement reconciliation based on the agreed terms and coordinating with the POC’s in case of any discrepancies in settlements.
- Ensuring the balances as per Gateways and Books are matched.
- Generating Export Invoices and Credit Notes against all the sales and refunds made in a particular month.
- Preparation of GSTR-1 workings and matching with Revenue
- Recognition workings to provide the entries every month.
- Preparing workings for Revenue Recognition and providing month end closing entries (Revenue Recognized for the month, Deferred Revenue and Unbilled Revenue Entries)
- Ensuring complete details are being captured for the Sale on Zoho CRM and Tally

**Required Skills**:

- Proficient in using MS Excel.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP 9).
- Basic Bookkeeping, credit, and accounting principles.
- Excellent Communication Skills.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Financial Accounting and Management preferred).
- 2+yrs experience in relative field.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
