A product owner is a role on a Scrum team that is responsible for the project’s outcome. The product owner seeks to maximize a product’s value by managing and optimizing the product backlog. Scrum is an Agile software development framework that enables a team to communicate and self-organize. When implemented effectively, Scrum enables participants to act quickly and in accordance with Agile principles. In Scrum, a product owner serves as the liaison between multiple areas of an organization. This person communicates with business stakeholders and collaborates closely with Scrum teams to keep all areas of the business informed on a project’s development.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a product owner
- Proficient in English
- Certified as CSPO or PSPO and understand the fundamentals of Agile and Scrum.
- You are an enthusiastic and energetic person who is passionate about Agile and Scrum.
- Can align and motivate the development team on product goals and value delivery
- Knowledge or experience in eHR, payroll domains is preferable.
- Aligning on product vision and roadmap
- Deciding on releasing product, MVP, timelines etc.
- Ensuring that goals, scope and product domain are understood by all
- Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all
- Participating in technical interface discussions
- Collaborating with the team(s) in defining a sprint goal
- Accepting done Product Backlog items and evaluating product progress
- Participating in all relevant events like Scrum refinement, planning, review, and retrospective
- Understanding, anticipating, and prioritizing stakeholder needs, acts as the primary liaison
- Understanding stakeholder domain intent and speaking domain language

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualification:

B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/ Msc. (Computer Science) can only apply.

**Experience**:

5+ Years

Specific Skills:

CSPO/ PSPO Certified only, Product Vision, Product Backlog, Exp. with Agile & Scrum. Good understanding on MVP/MRF
