As a **Product Owner**, you will be in charge of Campaygn, our inner technology product developed with our engineering team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for defining the product’s vision and managing the product development process. Other responsibilities include supporting the scrum team, managing backlog items, and optimizing the value of the product.

**YOUR MISSION**:
As a **Product Owner**, you should have the ability to plan and manage the development project from start to finish, and ensure that the product(s) meet the customer's needs. Ultimately, a top-notch product owner will be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

You will be responsible for:

- Identify needs by interviewing the stakeholders and analyzing the market
- Manage the backlog and participate in the product roadmap
- Interact on a daily basis with our CTO and take the product to the next level
- Be responsible for feature deliveries and quality, 0 to 100%
- Create feature specifications for the squad UX designer and developers
- Review design iterations and deliverables until the feature sign-off
- Follow the development cycle (implementation, QA, improvements) and the release cycle (deployment, communications, operations)

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- 3+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Manager, or Product Owner
- Experience in influencing and managing cross-functional teams with indirect reporting lines
- Experience in fashion, marketing, or the influencer industry would be an added value
- Strong understanding of Agile Values and Scrum Methodology
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with a vision and proactive approach
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail, while still results-oriented
