_**Min 5 years of professional experience in the social development sector and a PG degree in Agriculture /Rural Development/ Management Course. Familiar with sustainable agriculture/ organic farming.**_**Responsibilities**:_
- Development of training calendar and training plans and schedules
- **Coordination and execution of Training, sensitization and awareness programmes on Health, Nutrition, Anaemia, organic Kitchen Garden, etc.**:

- **Monitor and evaluate Oranic Kitchen Garden initiatives in different verticals (School, Community, Ashramsalas & Anganwadis)**:

- **Identification, development and management of potential trainers and resource persons**:

- Conduct training needs assessment (TNA) of the potential partners and master trainers. Developing and upgrading training material as per the need
- Ensuring and devising methodology and tools for the assessment of trainee competencies.
- Assuring the quality of the training: Proper follow up of training to ensure no or minimum transmission loss in each cascade of training
- Maintain training register, reports and related documents /files are in the prescribed format, complete and up-to-date
- Co-ordinate with partners organizations, NGOs and Govt officials to ensure training as planned,
- D**ay to day management of Institute for Rural Education (IRE) Bhopal center**:

- Any other task as assigned by the Director/ Senior Management from time to time

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
