**Summary**

We are seeking a **proactive and detail-oriented professional** to manage client relations and oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collaterals for **real estate projects**. The role involves coordinating the production of videos, virtual tours, and 3D walkthroughs, ensuring deliverables align with client expectations and brand guidelines.

Preference will be given to **Architects or Civil Engineers** with a creative approach to marketing and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the **primary point of contact** for real estate clients, understanding project requirements and translating them into actionable briefs.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to produce **videos, aerial tours, 3D walkthroughs, and other visual marketing assets**.
- Review and interpret **CAD files** to extract relevant details for creative production.
- Provide creative input on storyboards, scripts, and presentation flow for marketing materials.
- Monitor project timelines, ensure quality control, and manage client feedback to final delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of **real estate trends, project types, and buyer preferences** to guide content creation.

**You’re a Great Fit If You Have**:

- **2+ years** of experience in client servicing, account management, or marketing coordination, preferably in **real estate or architectural services**.
- **Basic knowledge of the real estate sector** and familiarity with project life cycles.
- Ability to **read and interpret CAD drawings**.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with both clients and creative teams.
- A keen eye for design, storytelling, and presentation quality.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Degree/Diploma in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design**, or related field.
- Familiarity with design/visualisation tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar).

**Software Proficiency**
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of CAD software
- Canva or other presentation/design tools
