The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong professional relationships, and ensuring their satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client requirements, presenting proposals or solutions, and overseeing the successful execution of projects. The role involves regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth alignment and delivery of services. Qualifications Strong skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Account ManagementExperience in preparing and delivering impactful PresentationsProficiency in Customer Service with a focus on satisfaction and responsivenessExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOrganizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts effectivelyBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)Prior experience in the healthcare or communication industry is a plus
