As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be a key point of contact between our organization and its clients. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. We are looking for a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Onboarding**:

- Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Gather and understand client requirements and expectations.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- **Client Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- **Service Delivery**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Upselling and Cross-selling**:

- Identify additional needs or opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Work towards achieving revenue growth through existing client accounts.
- **Client Retention**:

- Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute plans to retain clients and prevent churn.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and account performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Client Servicing Executive or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
