**Job Summary**:
Location: Dombivali

**Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and addressing their requirements promptly.
- Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services according to client agreements and expectations.

**Project Coordination & Management**:

- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery to clients.
- Track and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
- Assist clients with product or service-related issues, ensuring solutions are provided quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure that all client requests are handled in a timely manner, prioritizing urgent matters as needed.

**Client Communication**:

- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of ongoing projects, campaigns, or service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure clarity on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
- Handle any client escalations, working to resolve issues in a professional and effective manner.
- Prepare and send client proposals, quotations, contracts, and other documentation as required.

**Feedback & Improvement**:

- Gather client feedback and insights to improve service delivery and strengthen relationships.
- Analyze client satisfaction and work with relevant departments to make improvements in services or processes.
- Provide recommendations for new products or services based on client needs and feedback.

**Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications, project status, and contracts.
- Prepare and present reports on client activities, project progress, and performance metrics to management.
- Ensure proper documentation for all client interactions and contracts is in place for future reference.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in client servicing, account management, or customer support roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
