Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic Client Servicing Executive who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. You’ll be the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered with excellence, precision, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and updates
- Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable tasks for the creative and strategy teams
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
- Manage timelines, budgets, and approvals across multiple projects
- Present campaign ideas, progress reports, and performance metrics to clients
- Proactively address client concerns and identify opportunities for upselling or added value
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management abilities and attention to detail
- Understanding of branding, media channels, and creative processes
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools

Bonus Attributes:

- Experience in handling event-related campaigns or cross-functional projects
- A keen eye for creative execution and campaign optimization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,883.07 - ₹28,000.00 per month
