**Job Description** Job Title**:Solution Architect

**Locations**:Bangalore

**Reports to**: Director, IT

**Why it’s a big deal**
This is one of the critical roles in the internal IT function, where the Solution Architect will be responsible for both technical and solution architecture of the product. A Conga Solution Architect will also be multi-task in areas such as; business process configuration, testing coordination, queue & scheduled releases management, and ensuring delivery is on track.

**Are you the person we’re looking for?**

**Frontend technologies.** You should be proficient in programming using JavaScript, HTML, and XML; Apex and Visual Force experience is preferred.

**Here’s what will give you an edge**

**Good communication skills.** Solid communication skills and ability to convey technical solutions to the end-user of all levels of ability and demonstrated professionalism interacting with both internal and external audiences. Good and clear communication skills to be able to work productively across onsite/offshore teams. Should be able to manage projects as needed.

**Analytical thinker and creative problem solver.** You can see issues holistically and follow the flow of the stack to get to the root of the matter - a key skill in this role. But where you really shine is with your ability to identify creative solutions to unique customer requirements. This is critical for ensuring our customers issues are resolved in a manner that meets or exceeds their expectations without increasing their costs.

**Certifications. **FinancialForce and Salesforce Certification is a plus
