Job Title**:Social Media Assistant**

**Job Profile**:
The Social Media field Assistant is responsible for managing and enhancing the online presence of a political party or leader on social media platforms.

Will have to stay with clients wherever they go.

Field Executive is always connected with the client, Field Associate is always covering political personalities, party activities and developing content (photos, videos, live feeds, text creation).

Coordination with the back office team before posting, sharing content on social media.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

1. Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) for the political party or leader.

2. Create and post engaging content on social media.

3. Develop strategies to increase followers and engagement on social media.

4. Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media.

5. Run social media advertising campaigns.

6. Maintain the brand image of the political party or leader on social media.

7. Analyze social media trends and analytics.

8. Prepare social media reports for the political party or leader.

9. Handle crisis management on social media.

10. Collaborate with the team to develop social media strategies.

Requirements and Skills:

**Education and Experience**:
1. Bachelor's degree

3. Comfortable in English and Hindi content writing
