**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions for open positions.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles within the organization.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster relationships with universities, industry organizations, and other talent sources to promote our brand and attract new talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice in the real estate sector.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate or related industries.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
