Job Summary: As a Fresher International Sales (BDE) at The Digital Stride, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to the growth of our client base. You will receive training and mentorship to kick-start your career in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Learn about our company's products and services to effectively convey their value to clients.
Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Work with the team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
Qualifications: Graduate or PG
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for sales and business development.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas while maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Pressure Handling: Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a high-pressure sales environment by maintaining composure, adapting to changing circumstances, and finding innovative solutions to challenges.
