
Marketing & Sales Executive

We are on the lookout for motivated and ambitious Marketing & Sales Executives to become part of our expanding team. This position involves connecting with e-commerce businesses, presenting our service offerings over the phone, building strong lead relationships, and converting prospects into loyal customers. If you're a confident communicator with a passion for sales, this could be the perfect role for you
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to engage potential e-commerce clients.
- Present our products and services in a clear, compelling manner.
- Develop trust and rapport with leads through consistent communication.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Keep the CRM system updated with lead details and call notes.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or online business models is a plus.
- Ability to handle objections and stay motivated.
- Freshers with good communication and eagerness to learn are welcome.
- Prior telesales or client-pitching experience is an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
