**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to students who have shown interest in studying abroad.
- Share basic course and university information as per counsellor guidance.
- Schedule and confirm counselling sessions with overseas counsellors.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with counsellors to ensure timely responses to student queries.
- Provide regular updates on leads, follow-ups, and conversions to the counselling team.
- Assist in post-counselling communication such as document reminders, feedback calls, etc.
- Handle inbound calls and redirect them to the concerned counsellor or department.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
