**CTC Range: Rs 2.2 to 5 Lac per Annum (LPA) with average CTC of Rs 3.0 LPA with average In Hand Salary of Rs 20 to 25 thousand per month (KPM)**

**Major Responsibilities**
- Secretarial Activities like scheduling appointments, taking meeting notes and minutes of the meetings, organizing essential company files.
- Support the marketing leadership team through the organisation and administrative support for various projects
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner, act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage CXO’s calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel itineraries, bookings, accommodation arrangements etc
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Take minutes during meetings, maintain records, prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality for certain matters
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Handle administrative tasks such as timely payment of electricity bills and other routine payments for rentals, fuel bills, arrangement of stationery
