**Job Title**: Retail Sales Associate - Furnace Oil Marketing

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell **Furnace Oil** to retailers, dealers, and industrial clients in Bokaro and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers of lubricants, bearings, and other related industrial products.
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets and maintain existing dealer networks.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to stay updated with market trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and daily reports.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of sales experience under **dealers of lubricants or ball-bearings**, preferably in **Bokaro** or similar industrial regions.
- **Education**: Minimum 10+2; a diploma or degree in marketing or a technical field will be an advantage.
- Strong local network in Bokaro and understanding of the regional industrial landscape.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in local language (Hindi) and basic English.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
