Accounts Responsibilities:

- **Bookkeeping**: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- **Budgeting**: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, tracking expenses against the budget.
- **Cost Control**: Monitor and analyze costs related to production, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation for audits.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively to ensure liquidity.
- **Supplier Payments**: Coordinate payments to suppliers and vendors in a timely manner.

Transport Responsibilities:

- **Logistics Coordination**: Plan and manage the transportation of raw materials and finished goods to and from the manufacturing facility.
- **Route Planning**: Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- **Fleet Management**: Oversee the company’s transport vehicles, including maintenance and repair schedules.
- **Inventory Management**: Collaborate with inventory control to manage stock levels and ensure efficient movement of goods.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Work with logistics service providers and transport vendors to negotiate contracts and rates.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
- **Documentation**: Maintain all transportation-related documentation, including bills of lading and shipping manifests.

Additional Responsibilities:

- **Communication**: Liaise with production, procurement, and sales teams to align transportation and financial activities.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address any issues related to transportation delays or financial discrepancies swiftly.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze data to improve efficiency in both accounting and transport processes.

By effectively managing both accounts and transportation, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of a garment manufacturing facility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
