Deepak Transport, a leader in Express Cargo and Parcel Services with 60 years of legacy, is seeking a dynamic professional to manage booking branch operations in Tamil Nadu.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relations**: Build strong client relationships, address queries, and identify growth opportunities.
- **Operations Management**: Oversee branch operations, ensuring timely pickups, dispatches, and deliveries. Coordinate with transshipment points, delivery branches, and vehicle vendors.
- **Administrative Oversight**: Manage labor issues, branch finances, compliance, and workplace upkeep.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in transport/logistics, with branch operations expertise.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in Tamil and either English or Hindi.
- **Competencies**: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
