**About Us**:
LJM Properties LLP is a leading real estate developer renowned for its innovative and high-quality residential & commercial projects. We are currently launching an exciting new development in Kondhwa and are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales for this project.
As a Sales Executive for our Kondhwa residential & commercial project, your role will be critical in generating sales through effective client engagement. You will be responsible for calling potential clients, attending to walk-in visitors, following up on leads, persuading prospects, attending channel partners and closing sales/ commercial renatl leading to further legal formalities. We are looking for a target-driven professional with strong sales skills and a passion for real estate.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Outreach**: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the project, provide information, and generate interest.
- **Walk-In Clients**: Attend to walk-in clients at the sales office, provide property details, answer queries, and guide them through the sales process.
- **Sales Presentation**: Conduct property presentations, highlighting key features and benefits of the residential project. Tailor your pitch to address individual client needs and preferences.
- **Persuasion and Negotiation**: Use persuasive communication skills to address client objections and negotiate terms. Aim to close sales effectively and achieve sales targets.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor performance metrics and strategize to meet goals.
- **Reporting**: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets. Provide regular reports to the sales manager.
- **Coordination**: Coordination with tellecalling team, banker, CRM team, accounting & Channel Partners (if any).
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, if in real estate will be of additional benefit.
- Basic knowledge of the residential property market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on persuasion and negotiation.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and follow up effectively.
- Goal-oriented individually & as a team.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite & G- Suite
- Self-motivated & systematic, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Willing to work weekends and adjust to client availability as needed.
