Location: Kodai Lake and Kodai Valley

**Salary**: 20,000 - 25,000

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival, provide a warm welcome, and assist with check-in procedures. Escort VIP guests to their rooms or designated areas.
- Responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience by providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- To manage guest interactions throughout their stay or visit.
- Handle guest complaints, concerns, or special requests professionally and efficiently. Resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction or escalate to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all departments within the establishment to ensure seamless guest services.
- Seek feedback from guests during their stay and after check-out to evaluate their satisfaction and gather suggestions for improvement.

**Required Skills & Knowledge**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local languages like English, Tamil & Hindi
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Polite, friendly, and professional demeanor.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Guest relations: 1 year (preferred)
