Spa Therapist

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Spa Therapists. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a fresher looking to start your career in the wellness industry, we encourage you to apply You will be responsible for delivering a range of spa treatments, ensuring that clients experience relaxation and rejuvenation in a soothing environment. Training will be provided for freshers to help you excel in the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide Spa Treatments**: Perform a variety of treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and exfoliations, tailored to individual client needs.
- **Consult with Clients**: Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand client needs, offering appropriate recommendations and guidance for treatments.
- **Maintain Cleanliness & Hygiene**: Ensure that the spa area is always clean, well-organized, and follows hygiene and safety protocols.
- **Deliver Exceptional Customer Service**: Provide a calming and professional environment, ensuring that all clients feel comfortable and pampered.
- **Promote Spa Products and Services**: Recommend home care products or additional treatments that may suit the client’s needs.
- **Manage Appointments**: Assist with appointment scheduling, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for all guests.
- **Collaborate with Team Members**: Work closely with other therapists to deliver exceptional service and improve the overall guest experience.
- **Stay Informed on New Trends**: Continuously update your skills and knowledge of new techniques, treatments, and products in the wellness industry.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field is preferred. **Freshers**are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for wellness and helping others feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to follow protocols and procedures, especially in hygiene and safety.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
