strategic Alignment & Blueprint Development: Stay informed and curious about Organisation Design best practices; both internally and externally; to ensure alignment with evolving industry standards. Develop and maintain professional OD frameworks; including OD principles; Work Levels; and Job Descriptions. Partner with leaders to identify and influence organization design improvements aligned with business strategy; financial targets; and long-term objectives (1-3 years). Data-Driven Decision Making & Advisory: Provide data-led recommendations for role and structure options; ensuring alignment with OD principles and the organisation. Design roles with clear; differentiated accountabilities and simple; efficient ways of working. Leverage trusted relationships with leaders to systematically assess the impact of organizational design on behavior; skills; culture; and communication flows. Governance & Process Management: Adhere to OD governance processes to maintain the integrity of roles and structures. Collaborate with managers and People teams to ensure accurate position data; manage role amendments; and generate insights for leaders on headcount and structural trends. Partner with Strategic Workforce Planning teams to ensure alignment of long-term workforce plans with business strategies. Maintain up-to-date process maps; organizational structures; roles; skills; and JDs in ARIS and other systems; ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream processes. Financial Alignment & Business Impact: Collaborate with functional finance partners to align on efficiency targets and investments required for organizational changes. Work with leaders to build compelling cases for change; articulate benefits; and craft engaging change narratives. Lead post-implementation evaluations to assess the embedding of changes and measure success against predefined outcomes. Dashboards & Insights: Develop and publish leadership dashboards with actionable insights to enable data-driven decision-making. Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for driving efficiency across CF&OD portfolios. Engagement & Adoption: Drive engagement activities to promote adoption of the Career Framework within the business. Work with relevant teams to integrate OD and Career Framework processes; establish governance structures; and ensure clear RACI and knowledge management practices.
