Store Officer

Experience Min 1-4yrs In Autoparts Manufacturing company

Any graduate Diploma

Job Responsibilities

GRN, FIFO ,LIFO, 5s System ,Reconciliation, Row material, Inventory management etc

Good Computer skill Tally ERP, SAP Hands on excel etc

Regular monitoring and analyzing different kind of tools and materials.
- Prepare Purchase Requisition & Issuance form.
- Responsibly receiving & checking of company materials deliveries and duties to check the
- Quantity & quality of items received as per purchase order & description and specification
- Required.
- Delivery Note, Gate pass & Transmitter form Material Receiving Report.
- Issuing materials and tools need of the workers.
- Weekly Procurement Delivery report.
- Accountable tolls issued to all workers.
- Encode Material received and issued.
- File Maintained for all outgoing incoming materials
- Analysis the stock variances thoroughly and rechecking the same through proper

recounting.
- Arrange the certification in the delivery orders for the payment process.
- Shipments receiving from port as per the packing list all type of construction materials.
- Responsible for inputting materials receiving Requisition in Causeway.
- Materials receiving and GRN posting to company’s System.
- Material Inventory and monitoring stock availability.
- Responsible for weekly and monthly Material Report to department manager
- Monitor the incoming and outgoing rebar and equipment’s.
- Monitor the incoming and outgoing precast material and equipment’s.
- Maintaining a record of quality works which will be used for the future production

reference.
- In charge in coordinating & monitoring materials required.
- Arrange and segregate materials in their corresponding location.
- Daily routine store work.
