QUALIFICATION : Any Graduate

SKILLS:

- Proven work experience as a Store In-charge/Officer/Head.
- Strong leading and organizational skills.
- Customer management skills.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To recruit, train, supervise and appraising staff.
- To manage budgets and maintain statistical and financial records.
- To deal with customer queries and complaints.
- Overseeing pricing and stock control.
- To maximise profitability and setting/meeting sales targets including motivating staff to do so.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and prepare promotional materials and displays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
