**Job description**
We are looking for a stores cum purchase cum administrative clerk who can assist with good receipts, inward and outward transfer, asset tracking, and workflow co-ordination within the shopfloor
**Responsibilities
- not limited to**
- Receive and document materials being transferred inward and outward and keep accurate data and scan
- Create Purchase Orders as needed for consumables needed during operations
- Ensure that drawings are circulating in correct revisions
- Organize the inventory and warehouse management and arrange inventory counts and checks
- Work with management to address all aspects of supply chain management, including procurement support, pricing, and product
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between expected and actual planned commitments
- Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure
- Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
- Monitor the variances in the budget to ensure that the purchases are made within the specified budget standards
- Define the sourcing recommendations that will help in achieving the business goals and objectives

**Requirements**:
- BSc degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
- 3-5 years work experience in stores and supply chain position.
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
- Strong project management Skills
- Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Savli, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (required)
- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (required)
- Inventory management: 1 year (preferred)
- Warehouse management: 1 year (preferred)
