Job Title: Operations Executive Transportation Management (2 Positions)

Location: Gandhinagar

**Salary**: INR 15,000 - 20,000 per month

(Immediate Joining)

Key Responsibilities:

- Fleet Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the taxi fleet, ensuring timely availability of vehicles and proper maintenance.
- Driver Coordination: Manage and schedule drivers, monitor their performance, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Route Optimization: Plan and adjust routes for efficient operations, reducing delays and improving fuel efficiency.
- Customer Service: Handle and resolve operational issues or customer complaints promptly to ensure a high level of service.
- Booking & Dispatch: Coordinate and ensure timely dispatch of taxis, efficiently assigning vehicles to meet customer demand.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure legal requirements and company policies are followed, including driver and vehicle documentation, insurance, and safety checks.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track performance, maintain operational records, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Inventory Management: Ensure the availability of essential resources such as fuel and supplies to keep the fleet operational.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in the transportation or taxi service industry.
- Skills:

- Strong communication skills for managing drivers and addressing customer queries.
- Well-organized with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of route planning, fleet management, and customer service.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Excel, Word) and any fleet management or dispatch systems.

- Experience in taxi service operations, driver coordination, or fleet management.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving operations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
