
Outbound Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in the SaaS industry. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and nurturing relationships with prospective customers. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Your role & responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points, and effectively communicate how our SaaS solution can address their requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our SaaS solution.
- Actively manage and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with potential customers, following established guidelines and policies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to effectively position our SaaS solution in the market.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, revenue quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
You Should Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS concepts and technologies, with the ability to effectively articulate their benefits and advantages to potential customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and sales methodologies.
- Previous experience in the SaaS industry, specifically in selling software solutions to businesses, is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
