**Role Overview**:
As Product Designer, you will help define and execute design strategies for fast-paced growth experiments, including the visual design, end-to-end user experience, and the brand. You will collaborate across functions of Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to build products that solve our users’ problems, are delightfully simple to use, and help drive business goals and product growth.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Design meaningful product experiences in our web app
- Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to execute the product roadmap (new features and iterations), participate in design reviews, and support other business requirements
- Work closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality execution of the design spec
- Collaborate with a team of designers via process planning and knowledge sharing.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is a must
- 2 - 4 years of design experience with a strong portfolio of products (preferably that have shipped)
- Strong UX design skills
- Excellent communication skills to get the team on board with your vision
- Obsession with users — who they are and how they use the product — to create the best experience for them
- Experience building products on the Web
- Ability to thrive in startups with a fast-paced environment and take ownership of working through ambiguity and uncertainty (willingness to explore the unknown)
- High smartness chops, ready for design exploration, and open to experimentation

**Nice to haves**:

- Strong visual design skills
- Culturally active: music, movies, books, etc
- A good understanding of how software systems work
