Product Designer

**Role**:
As a UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to build and launch new products and features. You will be an important member of the ZopSmart’s User Experience & Design team and help guide the visual language for our products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Actively seeking out feedback and constantly challenging both your own ideas and those of others on your team.
- Work closely with fellow designers, software development teams, stakeholders and product managers.
- Take a user-centered design approach, rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Create innovative interaction designs, information architecture, use cases and task flows to provide consistent and simple solutions for complex enterprise business cases.
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- You will have a bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Interaction Design, HCI, Product design or have had relevant work experience.
- A portfolio showcasing your works which shows your thought process and problem-solving skills and where user insights shape your design decisions. Also, your work should reflect strong visual and technical design proficiency.
- You have great knowledge and experience of using Sketch and other commonly used prototyping tools like Invision or Marvel.
- You are tirelessly enthusiastic and love championing user experience designers within agile product development teams.
- You are detail-oriented, highly organized, self-sufficient, and delivery focused.
- You are friendly and adaptable, an excellent communicator, and believe in working transparently.
