**Who you are**
- At least 6+ years of relevant professional experience
- A portfolio of product design work that includes multiple shipped projects where you were the primary contributor. We want to see portfolios of products that showcase design systems thinking.
- Experience as a product design thought leader, influencing engineers, earning trust, promoting design, educating your partners on the UX process, bringing them along, and advocating for our users
- You are curious and passionate about learning and experimentation. You enjoy using data and research to form hypothesis and craft unique, testable product experiences that help drive business impact
- Excellent visual, interaction design skills
- You are very hands-on and can produce work quickly and always find a way forward
- Are an expert in either UI, UX, or visual design, but skilled in more disciplines across product design
- Are comfortable with sharing early and often, and iterating
- Startup experience is a plus
- You know when to go deep and when to move fast and enjoy both
- Facilitate design discussions and give feedback in planning and product channels
- Thoughtful and intentional in balancing the traditional frameworks with creating new style pattern

**What the job involves**
- Work on and help define one of Radius’s most exciting new products, designing end-to-end flows for iOS, Android and web
- Lead the vision and execution of the Radius brand, including illustrations and icons and motion for use on web and in app
- Become a trusted partner by communicating and demonstrating the value of systems thinking through product design
- We are looking for someone who is excited about the range of design responsibility and the prospect of balancing high-level strategy with detailed design work and production
- Work on a collaborative and fast team. Your closest peers will be engineers, designers and Radius executives
- Advocate for our consumers and a first class design experience
- Facilitate design discussions, and give concise feedback on planning and product direction
- Work closely with Engineering and design to identify, plan, scope and execute end-to-end design solutions
- Create, collaborate, and iterate on prototypes, high-fidelity visuals, and key flows
- Own, redefine, and ship key parts of the core Radius product
- Mentor design peers and contribute to design team culture
