Suganta Foods and Flour is urgently hiring experienced and motivated **Field Sales Executives** for our growing distribution network in **Kosmi, Betul**. If you have a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets, we want to hear from you. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for self-driven individuals who want to earn based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage in field sales and product promotion
- Visit retailers, distributors, and vendors to expand our product reach
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers
- Achieve daily sales targets (minimum 100 packets per day)
- Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, and interests
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (preferably in FMCG or food industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented approach
- Familiarity with the local market of Kosmi, Betul is a plus
- Must own a smartphone and basic knowledge of reporting
