**Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm**

**Requirements**:

- Own personal transport (bike/scooty) for field surveys and property visits
- Diploma or undergraduate degree or equivalent
- Good English speaking skills
- Freshers with personal Transport & good communications skills are welcome to join.

S. Narang Constructions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Person to join our real estate platform. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct call surveys to increase property listings/inventory.

2. Perform field surveys to find available properties and to list on our platform.

3. Interact with clients in a professional manner, addressing their queries and providing relevant information about properties.

4. Conduct property visits with clients, showcasing the features and benefits of various properties.

5. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property visits, and sales transactions.
