Job Title: Real Estate Salesperson (Female)

Location: Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, West Delhi

Experience: 2–5 years (real estate sales preferred)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Real Estate Salesperson (Female) to join our team. The role focuses on converting leads into sales through client interaction, understanding needs, property recommendations, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with walk-in clients, event inquiries, and referrals to identify their needs.
  • Suggest suitable property options based on budget, lifestyle, or investment goals.
  • Organize and conduct property site visits while highlighting key features.
  • Negotiate offers, resolve client concerns, and assist with booking decisions.
  • Work with banks, legal teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth documentation.
  • Manage leads through CRM and share regular sales updates.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to build trust, repeat sales, and referrals.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of sales experience (real estate preferred, not compulsory).
  • Strong skills in negotiation and persuasion.
  • Good communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a target-oriented setup.
  • Knowledge of real estate procedures, RERA rules, and loan/registry formalities is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
