- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in the **steel industry**:

- **Experience in HSM** is highly preferred
- **Qualification**: ITI in **Electrician**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in a similar role

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery within the Hot Strip Mill (HSM) area.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- **Installation and Commissioning**:

- Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new electrical systems and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during the installation and operational phases.
- **Preventive Maintenance**:

- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment to ensure smooth operations and extend the life of critical machinery.
- Monitor equipment for potential failures and perform corrective actions before breakdowns occur.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety guidelines, industry standards, and regulations during maintenance and operational activities.
- Conduct safety checks on electrical systems and report any hazards or potential risks immediately.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work closely with other maintenance and operations teams to ensure all equipment and systems are operating efficiently.
- Report regularly to supervisors and project managers on maintenance activities, status, and any issues encountered.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of electrical system inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.
- Prepare detailed reports on equipment status, performance, and any improvements made.
- **Training and Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest electrical technologies and techniques, specifically for Hot Strip Mill operations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve technical skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
