Mechnical Technician

**Urgent Opening: Mechanical Technician - Oxygen Plant (NMDC Project, Nagarnar)**

We are hiring for a high-priority position of **Mechanical Technician** for our Oxygen Plant at the NMDC Project site in **Nagarnar**.

**Location**: Nagarnar (Chhattisgarh)
**Project**: NMDC Oxygen Plant
**Immediate Joiners Preferred**

**Qualification**: B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain mechanical systems and equipment in the oxygen plant, ensuring smooth and safe operations.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of compressors, pumps, pipelines, valves, and related machinery.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify mechanical faults or inefficiencies.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and alignment of mechanical components as required.
- Respond promptly to any mechanical failures or emergencies to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and operational parameters.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with electrical and instrumentation teams for integrated maintenance tasks.
- Report to the maintenance supervisor or plant engineer with updates on technical issues and solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest modifications to enhance plant performance

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
