Job Summary:
We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing & Website Executive who will manage our website updates, run and optimize social media platforms, and assist in digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). You’ll work directly with the founder and sales teams to help generate leads, build brand presence, and scale our online growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Management

Regularly update content, banners, and product listings on our WordPress/Hostinger/Custom site.

Optimize site speed, user experience, and mobile-friendliness.

Troubleshoot basic bugs or coordinate with developers when needed.

2. Social Media Management

Create and schedule engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Manage reels, stories, and product videos.

Respond to DMs, comments, and messages.

Monitor growth, engagement, and campaign performance.

3. Performance Marketing Support

Assist in setting up and optimizing Google Ads & Facebook/Instagram Ads.

Monitor ad performance and report key metrics.

Suggest targeting strategies and budget allocations.

4. Creative Content Assistance

Coordinate with graphic designers or use tools like Canva,PSD,Corel Draw, Vegas Pro to create creatives.

Edit videos using basic tools.

Write ad copies, post captions, and promotional text with persuasive language.

5. Reporting & Insights

Provide weekly reports on website traffic, social media growth, and ad performance.

Suggest improvements based on analytics and data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or website management.

Strong knowledge of platforms like WordPress, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Instagram.

Ability to edit basic creatives & videos.

Good communication (English & Hindi), copywriting, and organizational skills.

Self-driven, reliable, and result-oriented.

⭐ Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
Experience with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite.

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.

Interest or background in mattress, packaging, or manufacturing industry.

ob Type:
Full-Time (In-office)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Salary Range:
₹25,000 - ₹35,000/month (based on experience & skills)

Performance Bonus available for Ads ROI or Lead Generation KPIs.

Location: Hybrid

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
