Proven experience in execution and project management of high-rise

residential buildings with hands-on experience in civil works, RCC, services

coordination and High-end finishes.
- Will be responsible for Site Management and day-to-day site Operations for the given project.
- Monitoring and execution of construction works within the project timelines, cost safety and quality parameters.
- Track project Cost to meet budget (top line & bottom line)
- Responsible for contract administration, project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
- Review and approve processes and work of construction, coordination with purchase.
- Coordination between all stakeholders like Liaison, architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Safety and Quality compliance - regular testing of materials, visual inspections of work, conducting regular site safety checks etc.
- MIS reporting on project progress.
- Continuous improvement in product and processes.
- Discharge administrative responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
