**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, offer advice, and make product recommendations.
- Provide assistance in locating products within the store.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
- **Cashier Duties**:

- Operate the cash register, scan items, and handle customer transactions accurately.
- Process various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and gift cards.
- Issue receipts and change as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of store promotions, discounts, and policies to ensure correct pricing and payment.
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of shifts.
- **Sales Assistance**:

- Assist with restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor, ensuring product displays are attractive and well-organized.
- Help with the opening and closing of the store as required.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with colleagues to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and store policies.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- A positive, friendly, and approachable attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems (or willingness to learn).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
