**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance & Sales**:

- Greet customers, assist with product selection, and provide expert advice on fashion trends and styles.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by promoting products and providing a personalized shopping experience.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, including fabric types, trends, sizes, and styles, to customers.
- **Product Merchandising & Stock Management**:

- Maintain and organize product displays to ensure that the store is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Assist in restocking the floor with new arrivals and ensure products are properly displayed and tagged.
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure products are available and help with inventory management.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience by addressing inquiries, offering fashion advice, and providing high-quality service.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally and effectively.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- **Cash Handling & Sales Transactions**:

- Process customer purchases, refunds, and exchanges at the register accurately.
- Handle cash and card transactions while following store protocols for security and accuracy.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members to meet store targets and provide exceptional service.
- Assist with the training of new staff on store operations, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- **Visual Merchandising Support**:

- Assist in creating visually appealing store displays, ensuring products are well-organized and accessible to customers.
- Help implement seasonal promotions, sales, and visual merchandising strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Fashion, Business, or Retail Management).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion retail or a related field.
- **Fashion Assistant** to join our retail team in **Vytilla, Ernakulam / Bangalore**
- **Skills**:

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Passion for fashion and trends with an eye for detail.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail software.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Friendly, approachable, and confident in dealing with customers.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
