**Job Description: Operations Manager (OOH Advertising)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Execution Management**: Oversee the end-to-end execution of OOH advertising campaigns, including production, installation, monitoring, and timely removal, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to quality standards.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the internal sales team and client-side account executives to align campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- **Operational Planning**: Develop comprehensive campaign execution plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and contingency strategies to ensure seamless delivery.
- **Vendor Sourcing & Cost Evaluation**: Conduct vendor research, negotiate pricing, and evaluate supplier capabilities to ensure cost-effective procurement of production and installation services.
- **Campaign Briefing**: Draft and communicate clear and concise campaign briefs for installation teams, ensuring alignment with client requirements and creative specifications.
- **Project Coordination**: Establish, manage, and enforce project schedules and budgets. Maintain accurate tracking of campaign assets, materials, and equipment.
- **Campaign Coordination**: Coordinate all operational aspects of campaign rollout, including logistics, permits, and third-party coordination, to ensure on-time execution.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**: Monitor campaign progress, proactively address any issues, and compile comprehensive proof-of-performance (POP) reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
- **Process Development & Optimization**: Design, document, and refine operational workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across projects.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising operations preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and client collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
