- Leading the Regulatory audits for the bank as part of Information Technology function.
- Act as SPOC for all regulatory (RBI, SEBI, NPCI, NCIIPC, MIETY etc.) advisories / alerts / circulars related to Technology and Cyber Security
- Handle regulatory compliances (w.r.t. CSITE) end to end for Bank
- Assessing and assigning responsibilities against the requirement in the advisories
- Tracking and follow-ups for response with teams across Kotak group
- Periodic / ad-hoc submissions to regulatory authorities within timeline
- Present periodic MIS Reports to respective stakeholders including the senior management.
